HAH!! More Ouran drabble-age for anime_flash. I think I'll make a whole series of these, because they're way too fun. Tamaki really is such a loveable idiot.

Challenge: 2A – Love

Haruhi really was so cute in that skirt that it was scandalous. Tamaki knew that she should have been wearing girl clothes all this time. Then people would notice her for what she truly was. People would notice his daughter and—

The twins each grabbed one of Haruhi’s hands. They bent down simultaneously and started to lick at the insides of her wrists, all the while watching Tamaki from under their bangs with those imp eyes.

Honey knelt at her feet and tentatively kissed one of her beautiful, innocent knees. “Mmm! Haru-chan tastes sweet like cake! Doesn’t she?”

“Hai,” Mori said, as he ran one of those long fingered hands up the back of her calf and right up under the edge of her skirt. That skirt that Tamaki had longed for.

Tamaki’s eyes traveled up Haruhi’s body in time to see a pair of pale hands wrap around her waist and pull her backward. She fell away from the others into Kyouya’s arms and she blushed prettily as he bent down to kiss the side of her neck.

“Tono?” the twins poked him in the back.

“Mon ami?” Tamaki whimpered, as Kyouya watched him from behind Haruhi’s beautiful hair.

“Perhaps the suggestion of an okama cosplay was not the best thing,” Kyouya said and pushed his glasses further up his nose.

Flap flap flap.

The reel came to an end in the Tamaki Inner Mind Theatre.

Tamaki catapaulted himself to a standing position and ran full pelt across the third music room to Kyouya’s open laptop. As the rest of the Host Club watched, puzzled, he did a quick search for chastity belts. His pure and protective fatherly love would not allow anything of that sort to happen to his daughter!



Argh! The Cain nightmare is so good in my head that I'm afraid to type it up and rescue it from the piece of crumpled blotter paper I scribbled it on at work. It won't be nearly as good as I want it to be when I post it. I tend to think I've only successfully captured such a beautiful ephemerance (is that a word? Fuck, it is now!) once or twice before. But just... *sob*

So much to look forward to this week! Tomorrow is early VDay with The Boy, Tuesday is Fiddler's with the writers, Thursday is a reunion with an old room mate of mine whom I miss very much, and Saturday is Fuji and Fandom!! I'm going to be so tired by the end of the week it's going to be ridiculous.

Also, have decided that I'm going to request a meeting with The Boss tomorrow and talk to her about my permanence, or lack thereof. It's important to me, you know? I REALLY want to stay there, but I need to be full time, and have health insurance, and do other adult things. Blah.

Spent a good portion of the work night talking with my 2nd favorite sillhouette artist. He's gone back to school for a masters in Film and Production. I am so proud of him! His love for his classes and professors makes me want to go back even more than I did before. It's doubly nice though that I can talk to him about the NNoD and he can talk to me about his screen plays and we can hash things out and laugh and beg to see the finished products, all in colonial wear. *head desk* But I really do value any time I get to see him. That just sounded extra girly didn't it?

Damn. I think it's nap time.

Exactly the same thing as for artists, of course. Plus we now have to get a beautiful website so as to attract people to buy our illustrations. ;)

I guess I could write in French... one day. Once I'm tired of drawing. Which won't happen. ;)
but I may have read one or two fics written in French so far in the fandom - and I'm in the R/S fandom since 2002!

Marketing yourself never hurts. It's one of the reasons I'll never feel too bad about having a degree in Ad/PR, even if I don't want to work in Advertising anymore. Just understanding the mechanics of it is beneficial.

Interesting. Is it that it's hard to find fic in French, or that you spend more time in the english side of fandom by default?

I did a little bit of marketing, mostly the creative side of advertising and the writing side of PR though. :)

Yes, business start is expensive. I'm so proud of you though! Can you get loans to help with the costs? I know here in the states that it's pretty easy to get a loan to start a business of you're a minority, and as a woman, you are. ;)

The writing side of PR? what is it exactly? :)

I won't get any loans.... because I don't want too. I think I can deal with what I have right now. If not, I'd ratehr ask my family to help me. I'd feel more at ease with them than any bank in the whole world.

Oh, I do know about the minority ting is the USA... I learnt it when I was a student at uni. Fascinating. ;)

The writing side of PR deals in press releases and newspaper articles mostly. And there are projects where you have to submit ideas in writing and create books with every answer to every possible question in it for news conferences and things like that so the company's representative isn't caught unaware and you can always present the face you want to the public. It's just another form of manipulating perceptions. Come to think of it, maybe I shouldn't be so surprised about being Kyouya. :p

I totally understand about not wanting to take money from a bank. I need to win the lottery or something and pay off my student loans post haste!

It could be a nice thing to try with what I want to do in the future. Ideas like these would help me to define my main purposes for my business... mm. :)
